I have tried to use the link and it keeps saying my paypal account needs to be varified, and asks for a credit card instead. Is there someone I can contact to just to a direct transfer via paypal?

YES! Only preregistration is closed. There will be a limited number of meal tickets, shirts, and stickers available to those who did not preregister.
