Anthony at the 4 wheel parts center on Westhiemer is selling a defective bumper for a 97-06 Jeep. it is the Smittybilt SRC rear bumper with tire swing part #76653. Anthony will be selling the bumper and tire carrier for $450. The tire swing I think was another $350-400. You are basically getting the tire carrier for free as well as a discount on the bumper itself. The only thing wrong with it is you will have to weld the tire carrier post onto the bumper.
