I have a Warn M8000, but from what I've read they are both 5wire controllers and they are wired the same. So hopefully with little modification they should work together.

I have my original 2way momentary switch from the warn factory remote, that I hard wired into the cab after the rubber housing came apart. Thanks for the offer!

I have some feelers out on other forums, so maybe there's hope.

You need to add a ground wire to the silonoids. Jump a wire from the black small wire on the silonoid (any one) and run it to ground. This changes it back to the old 3 wire system.

Yes,warn uses a grounding switch through the remote switch.when you push the switch to go one way or the other it grounds trough the switch.its stupid...but it makes it seam like you can't use nothing but a warn remote to the average person.
By bypassing that ground it makes it just like all the others 3 wire setup.
