    Sad Day!

I just found out a Good friend of mine who severed in the Navy took his own life this morning! He left behind 3 children and a wife. All I can say is to please reach out to those who are having trouble weather you understand there situation or not, it could bring them back from a dark place! RIP buddy...!

That sucks. There are so many programs and people there to help, both while in the military and when someone gets out.

Our SGM tells us all the time that nothing is ever bad enough to take your own life. He is right, and that there are so many people who can help.

Even complete strangers are sometimes easier to talk to than friends or family, for us military folk.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

Sorry for your loss. We loose on average 28 per day and feel that figure is low. indirocz28, right. If you have these types of thoughts, get help. No matter how bad life gets, it is those down time that make you enjoy the good times even more. It is part of life and the part that make it most interesting.

Not to mention that brothers in arms understand more about your issues than anyone else.
