Just waiting on cam to finish build, milled and honed the block .020", ended up being bored .040" over so a bit bigger than a 4.6(I think .060" over is a 4.7), 3 angle valve job with plus ++ done to head. I think the heads were delivered today and exhaust and cold air intake be in next week. Cam will be in Tuesday. Keeping my fingers crossed its not going to throw codes and be a nightmare to dial in. From what I can tell most people are having to add 24lb injectors and changing the map sensor. photo (76).jpgphoto (79).jpgphoto (82).jpg

Looking good... are you doing all but the machine work yourself? Looks like you'll be ready to test it out tomorrow night!

Finally got it running, broke it in with Joe Gibbs break in oil for 25 min at 3k rpms. Then drained and changed with castrol 10-30 non synthetic, probably go to full synthetic after 5k miles and a few more changes with castrol.
Idle might need to be adjusted and I noticed some of my injectors were cracked and the fuel rail was a little rusty inside, so I should probably go ahead with the 24lb injectors and new fuel rail this coming week. I also need to put the cold air intake on and that should be it.
I have only put 6 miles on it so the engine is all kinds of tight.
