Responses to roll call:
No response (but have forum posts & activity recently)
Hill Country Chapter - Scott Ivey (xj4IV)
Responded:
B/CS, DFW, Katy, SanAntonio, Lufkin, Houston - response from chapter leadership
Tomball, Liberty, SE Texas and, Corpus Christi (active membership, no chapter 'leadership' (or so it would appear))
Brownwood - inactive chapter (no response to roll call, no recent posts in chapter forum)
San Jacinto - inactive chapter (no response to roll call, no recent posts in chapter forum)
Waco - inactive chapter (no response to roll call, no recent posts in chapter forum)
As result of this, I would like to take the following action:
Update the chapter map - remove Brownwood, San Jacinto and Waco
'hide' the chapter sub-forums for Brownwood, San Jacinto and Waco
OBJECTIONS?

Chapter roll call
If you update the chapter map, I would suggest splitting the Tomball/ Conroe chapter. Just from my little bit of experience it seems as though its a big area to cover and gas prices and/ or drive time are getting the best of us. Those in Tomball don't want to HAVE to drive to a meeting in Spring and those of us in Spring don't want to have the drive time to Tomball. I can't speak for those in Conroe such as @DonnyMorgan or @bayouhazard but it seems as if we had smaller chapters in this area we could meet more and have a tighter group. It's a larger area and while it looks close on the map, it's more difficult to work around schedules. @BagBat @basselete @m1009krawler @HarleyDad would find it easier to attend gatherings in their neck of the woods as opposed to almost an hour drive time 1 way. For @JD01 and myself, it depends on work schedules and what makes the most sense financially.
