I would like to get it approved from the top to set up a piece of property that can be staked and roped off for a swap meet area if we decide to do it.
I am 100% on board with some way to make sure that people know their items will not be watched unless they watch them, and something stating that Tx4wd.org nor BVORR will be held responsible for any items that have gone missing. Hopefully we can use the honor system and missing stuff not be the case.
In my opinion, its all up to BVORR's officers first, and then if that passes they can send up a request to the main "board" of TX4WD for a request?
I don't want to step on anyone's toes or anything.

It's not that big of a deal for me to care about trying to make something out of dirt.
I say go for it......years ago we used to have swap meets once a month. Would be a cool addition to the state meet.
