Lt1swap.com had all the wiring schematics, used that site and do all my wiring myself and it was very simple.
Looks good so far! Can't wait to see it on the trails!

Build in progress....

Difference in PS pulleys: Bottom is stock LQ9, middle is Vbelt PSC pulley, and top is new pulley. Should help my low speed steering quite a bit.
Wire harness all cleaned up:
Trying to determine where to mount my fuel system. Consists of pre filter, pump, filter, then regulator.
3 choices:
Under rear of jeep, directly below fuel tank. In the future I plan to add a suck down winch in this area as well
In the drivers wheel well:
Or under the drivers seat:
Thoughts?
What's left:
install harness and PCM
Move Battery Mount
Move Steering Resevior
Exhuast
Intake and MAF
Cooling hoses
Rebuild and adapt TH400 to Dana 300
New crossmember
So I kinda forgot about the thread...sorry.
Lots of picture updates
Corvette manifolds are center dump and much easier to route than the stock LQ9
Fuel System (still needed one hose in photo)
Spacer needed to mount TH400 behind LQ9
air intake, wires everywhere
Difference in pedals, Metal one is from 04-06 truck. Make sure you match the module to your engine. I tried using the 07 (engine is 05)...it'll work, sort of. Mine lost communication on hard throttles.
Console
Very tight clearances
Front Driveshaft
Again, Very tight
Ended up going FMRVB on the TH400 with a 2200 rpm stall. Shakedown run this weekend, otherwise I hope to see some of you soon.
