Preparing an update from your chapter would be awesome JP!
What's going on in your chapter? (Introduce the new leadership and vision)
Questions or suggestions for the organization - anything you want to communicate / discuss with the other chapter leaders? Wheelin 101 maybe?

We'll talk about old business, like the incorporation and waivers. Any comments on those topics that your members want communicated? Remember, each chapter has one seat (voting) on the BOP. That seat can make motions too. (Is that you or Alex or....someone else in your chapter)?

Brian will be taking volunteers from each chapter for weekend

Clint set motion to hold state meeting at BVORR
Brian seconded Motion was passed, state meeting will be held at BVORR

Brian set motion for state meeting be held Oct 11-12
Adam seconded No opposed motion accepted and dates will be discussed with park owner.

Texas Incorporation
Thread was placed on forum for member feedback.
A lot of push back was received from members, disgruntle and non active, so we have not moved forward.
Clint, expressed his favoritism toward the incorporation were to help protect officers.
Jeremy, expressed concerns of without incorporation officers are liable for any and all incidents and or accidents.
JP, clarified his post on previous thread, it was meant to come up with creative solutions for each chapter.
Tyler, expressed agreement with Jeremy and concerns with risks of not having the incorporation.
Brian, explain that the negativity from thread was mostly from non active members.
Decision was made to present incorporation to chapters again and readdress it.
Explanation will be put together for member to explain the pros and cons.
New Thread will be created and BOP will be more involved in managing it.

Tomball/Conroe Chapter Splitting chapter into two. Was brought to floor but was not further discussed.
