Meeting place for caravan to BVORR will be the Walmart Supercenter in Tomball. I plan to arrive at 11:30 and leave by 12 noon; I will be pulling a trailer so this should give me some extra time.

      Address:
      27650 State Highway 249
      Tomball, TX 77375

I didnt realize it was starting in the afternoon.... the run is daylight only, right?

Oh, and do you think the caravan will travel from 249 to 290 via 2920? if so, then if i can arrange to join everyone, I might aim to get to the Love's Travel Stop in Waller at 290/2920 around noon and wait until I see everyone pass by and jump in line.

I think the tomball group would head up 149 not out 290....

Folks, I've been keeping an eye on the weather forecast. B/CS has been projecting 60% chance of thunderstorms for Sunday, all week. I hear BVORR closes in rain so we may want to lock down a Plan B just in case. I believe someone mentioned TORR? Any thoughts?

If you like mud head to TORR. More mud than anything especially if it rains.

BVORR usually closes most of the park but the front of the park is typically left open.
Saturdays I cook, bake, keep a clean house and take care of the kid but on Sunday I wheel.

When is a decision made? many of us are driving 70+ miles. Some, I'm sure, would be less inclined to make the trip if most of the park is closed.
