I have just installed a Cobra 75 wxst and a Firstik antenna. Have no idea how to tune the system. Would appreciate any help finding someone in the cypres/spring area who can help me.

Hi George. You'll need an SWR/Power meter. Just so happens, I think I still have one. (I'll double check when I get home tonight.). A YouTube video search for "cb antenna tuning" will bring up quite a few results. I'm glad to carve out some time Sunday and assist if you like.

Thanks, JP. Would appreciate any help you can give. I could meet you any time and place that would be convenient for you.
Let me know if you find your SWR?Power meter. If you do not have one, I'll will try to pick up one.
OK... I found the SWR meter but I can not seem to find my jumper cable. I thought perhaps we could meet up sometime Sunday late afternoon. If you're able, can you pick up a very short jumper cable? Just as an FYI, here's a video on the procedure...
You could bring it Saturday.....I'm sure there would be a few radios to tune!!

Ok... I just ordered another jumper cable... No way this can be had at Radio Shack since it's male to male with PL259 UHF connectors. Sorry Teresa... This won't arrive in time for Saturdays Jeep Appreciation event.

Well BUGGA! If someone wants to grab one by Saturday, I'll bring the meter. Otherwise, I already ordered the cable from Amazon.
