    Thank you all for the helpful tips. I finally got the lockers working. As this jeep had a previous owner there was no way for me to tell how well he maintained everything. I think the lockers may have simply been gummed a bit. After much fooling with I finally got them to fully engage. The only thing left for me to test on my jeep is the removable hard top.
