boring, I wired up Angela's Jeep with a set of spot lights on the windshield and replaces the factory lights with some delta lights and wired em in for daytime running lamps. Then added the last piece to the wifes bumper, cleaned the garage and drank some beers with Brian. I aint got no pics I was busy working!

Hey, nice! There's a few of those I should prolly give some attention to. That looks like a good seal, too. Did you have to buy a new case part? It looks shiny.

the shiny part was from the slip yoke eliminator kit... Hasn't been installed too long..
Not sure why it started leaking.. my u-joint at the rear diff pinion was loose (straps didn't tighten down on the caps all the way) so I had a vibration, it caused the pinion nut to loosen up, so maybe that vibration caused the leak? I don't know...

Id think most damage from any of that vibration would e closer to the source, by the yoke and not at your transfer case. It sounds weird that it would cause the case seals to leak at the split. Maybe it was just weak and that was it's final day. Who knows... It's fixed now, right? Drive on!

What, this thing? I had fun putting that together! It doesn't have to look good for me to like it. It was cool and generated a positive result.

Nice thread! I haven't done anything to my Jeep in the past week, but I have a big long list of stuff "to do" that grows faster than it shrinks!! LOL.. don't we all have that?
