As of the past weekend, Sugar Hill is off limits until further notice. I will post more information as the critical moments go by, but for now PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SUGAR HILL EVEN TO ASK QUESTIONS. We are in the process of going through some changes up top and everything will run much smoother if we don't have to deal with trespassing charges. So far, it's not too big of a deal but I still need to ask for some cooperation while we sort things out with the new attorneys.

Questions can be directed to Mike, or myself, but I won't be posting any critical information until we get some things smoothed over.

Recent news regarding SugarHill: a court ordered management company has been appointed along with a new security team in a settlement between the investors/owners and AISD/ Harris county. The property has been valued at a fraction of the investors' cost and an offer to purchase has been made at a value significantly lower than the preferred return. Mike and Anita are working directly with all contacts and attorneys to make an effort towards new ownership among the off-road community.

Unfortunately, the new security company has been ordered to keep everyone off the premises. So, to help make a smooth transition towards purchase, PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO SUGAR HILL, EVEN TO ASK QUESTIONS. All of the locks have been changed, and the entrances are being monitored and there is no-one on site that would let you in to come play. Anyone found on property by the security company will be given trespassing citations and removed from the property.

Sugar Hill will be closed until further notice.
