RCI seats amd seat covers

I have 2 RCI seats, look brand new. I also have the padded seat covers for them, they are a little dirty but look great and will look better after a cleaning. These are the style seat they are:

only difference is that mine dont have the flat steel on the bottom. They have studs molded into them to mount them.

The seat covers are black and look like this:
