You most likely have mud in the radiator.. need to pull it out completely and clean front and back. The Yamaha radiators are bad about clogging up. Also make sure your fan is working.

Just throwing is some input but have you felt of different hoses while its "hot" or at operating temp? Feel to make sure your getting actual coolant flow from the pump. Then At the t-stat feel the cold side hose and make sure it gets hot just after operating temp from t-stat coming open. Just covering your basic coolant checks first, which you may have already done.

Is it getting hot while riding at fast speeds or just slow/idle speeds? I've read that the Rhino fan circuit doesn't run the fan soon enough or long enough to keep it from overheating at low speeds.. May want to try a bypass switch to make the fan run constantly while driving low speeds and see if that helps.
Also like 880Brute said above, check that the thermostat is functioning.

check to see if the lines coming and going from the radiator are the same or different temp and about how much difference if any .
