Just keep in mind, we cannot compare TJ to JK.. the suspensions are different, and with a TJ, you will not clear 37's with a 3.5" lift.. The JK has more fender room from the factory. not to mention that it's mostly plastic....

sounds like some good info...and i need to keep researching. i dont want a squeeky lift.
also jason pointed out i will need a new tittie carrier for bigger jugs.

You will have to grease any real lift kit at every oil change or you will get squeeks and rattles, and no the jiffy lube guys wont have a clue as how to lube it!
did you add fittings at the bushings or do they come grease-able ?

You could also drop the coin for genright high line fenders front and rear. That'll clear 35's with no lift. I've got a tj with highlined fenders and 2.5" lift. I clear 37's.

any lift kit worth its salt will come with greasable fittings.
