Any updates Jason? I bet the Ox locker would be more reliable in the long run but the ARB would yield much more utility. Im personally considering a strong limited slip setup for the D70HD in my suburban if i don't go for an ARB setup. I just don't want a lot of accessories robbing power from my 454. Im already adding more work to the power steering with hydro assist, and i may even tie in a hydraulic winch as well. Electric ones are kinda sketchy to me. But i digress.

Have you looked into some performance LSD s? I heard Yukon has a fine unit.

Working on the funds for an ARB. I'm just tired of driving with the spoiled rear. I can't turn sharp into parking spaces anymore, I'm having to do three point turns.. LOL... Plus it's destroying my tires, and we all know they ain't cheap!!!

Decided on the ARB because I want to add an onboard air tank also. Figured I could kill 2 birds with one stone... And the OX end up almost the same price by the time you purchase the cable and shifter (which is NOT included).

Good choice on the ARB wish I had the extra funds to do them myself. I have a detroit full locker in the rear but I also have locking hubs in the rear so I can just unlock if I want and I am fine. Most of the time I leave it locked and although on occasion there is a loud pop that drives my wife crazy all is good with it.

how does that work? you just unlock 1 side? I would think unlocking the hubs would render you a neutral status.. LOL

Yeah I just unlock one side dork lol. Of course one night out at a friends after a few beers we decided to go play in the mud and I "made sure that it was locked" and unlocked both and wondered why I couldn't go anywhere LOL.
