The Southeast Texas Chapter has be asked to help with this years event at Buckner Service in Beaumont. This event will directly benefit the children there. Most of these children come from broken homes and many are orphans. Here is the Buckner Website if you would like to see what they do here is the website for the main organization:

The event will be December 1. We will meet on Manion Drive in Beaumont and line up for a parade at 8:30-9:00 AM. From there we will drive to Buckner were the Kids will be waiting. The Fire stations in the area will dump water in the field behind and the fun begins. The Corvette club and the Harley club will be there as well. The kids will be given rides in the Vettes and then we will have the chance to take them for rides in the mud!!!!! Oh yeah, and for those that would like to get there's clean, the firetruck will stay and hose us off.

Cash Donations will be taken. The average donation is $25. This will go directly to the kids 100%. The hope is to give them a Xmas they will remember.
